Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic, and cook, stirring occasionally, until garlic
sizzles (do not let brown), about 1 minute. Add chili powder and cayenne. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Add ketchup, bourbon, molasses, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, 12 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. - Step 2Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Season pork chops with
salt and pepper. Air fry in batches, until thermometer inserted into thickest part (avoid the bone) registers 140°F, 9 to 12 minutes. Turn and baste with glaze (about 1/3 cup) during last 4 minutes of cooking. Transfer to a platter, and baste again. Serve with remaining glaze.
